By accessing or using our website and booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “Client” means the individual or organisation booking services with Clean Casa.

• “Services” means the cleaning, home organisation, decluttering and sanitisation services offered.

• “Booking” means a confirmed appointment scheduled via our website or directly with Clean Casa.

2. Booking & Confirmation

1. All bookings must be made through our Wix Bookings system or via WhatsApp/email.

2. You will receive a confirmation email or message detailing the date, time, Services and fee.

3. Bookings are not guaranteed until you have received confirmation.

3. Payment

1. Fees are calculated based on the Services selected, home size and scope of work.

2. A 25 % deposit may be required at the time of booking; the balance is due upon completion of Services.

3. We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers or payment via our online portal.

4. Failure to pay on time may result in Service delays or refusal.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

1. Clients may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked appointment.

2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment incur a 50 % cancellation fee.

3. No‑shows or cancellations on the day of Service will be charged in full.

5. Your Obligations

1. Please ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.

2. Remove any valuables or fragile items from work areas beforehand.

3. Inform us of any hazards (e.g., pets, slippery floors) prior to the appointment.

6. Our Obligations

1. We will arrive punctually and perform Services with professional care and attention to detail.

2. Our team will use suitable equipment and hospital‑grade disinfectants where applicable.

3. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.

7. Liability

1. Clean Casa carries public liability insurance up to €1,000,000.

2. We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage or wear and tear.

3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service.

8. Health & Safety

1. We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

2. Please disclose any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Clean Casa website—text, images, logos—are our property or used with permission.

2. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.

10. Website Usage

1. You agree not to misuse our website (e.g., hacking, spreading malware).

2. We reserve the right to suspend access for any conduct we deem harmful.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
